  • Registration fees include throughout the conference lunch, dinner, coffee breaks, conference programs, conference bags and usb flash memory.
  • Prices do not include accommodation and transport. Hotel reservations are at your own risk.
  • Participants may appear as co-authors in different works and participants will be charged half of the full fee for each additional presentation.
  • Presentations with multiple authors will only receive a certificate of attendance that includes the title of the abstract to the authors presenting.

 Refund Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy:

  1. You can pay the conference fee online immediately to the account numbers listed above. For payments made until April 15; the conference fee is 100 euros for international participant and is 350 Turkish liras for national participant. For April 16 and onwardsthe fee is 150 Euros for international participant and is 500 Turkish liras for national participant.
  2. If you are going to pay at the desk, please inform us at (For those paying at the table, the amount to be paid for each international participant is 150 Euros, and for the national participant the amount to be paid is 500 Turkish liras).
  3. For presentations that are not presented, even if payment has been made, at the end of the conference, no certificate will be given and the abstract of presentation will not be included in the abstract book.
  4. In case of cancellation, application must be made in writing to There will be no refund for persons who do not cancel before 20 April or do not attend the conference.
  5. For registration cancellations made prior to 20 April, the full payment will be refunded within 3 days after the registration, in other cases half of the payment will be refunded. No registration cancellation will be made after 20 April.
  6. If you can not attend the meeting, a substitute delegate may be appointed at no additional cost. However, the original participant should write a letter to the Organizing Committee with the cancellation letter before 1 May 2018. This information should include the name of the reserve delegate.
